Whether you have a fiber laser marking machine, a CO2 laser marking machine, a UV laser marking machine or any other laser equipment, you should do the following when maintaining the machine to ensure a longer service life!
1. When the machine is not working, the power supply of the marking machine and water-cooling machine should be cut off.
2. When the machine is not working, cover the field lens cover to prevent dust from contaminating the optical lens.
3. The circuit is in a high-voltage state when the machine is working. Non-professionals should not perform maintenance when it is turned on to avoid electric shock accidents.
4 If any malfunction occurs in this machine, the power supply should be cut off immediately.
5. During the working process of the marking machine, the marking machine must not be moved to avoid damaging the machine.
6. When using this machine, pay attention to the use of the computer to avoid virus infection, damage to computer programs, and abnormal operation of the equipment.
7. If any abnormality occurs during use of this machine, please contact the dealer or manufacturer. Do not operate abnormally to avoid damage to the equipment.
8. When using the device in summer, please keep the indoor temperature at about 25~27 degrees to avoid condensation on the device and cause the device to burn.
9. This machine needs to be shockproof, dustproof, and moisture proof.
10. The operating voltage of this machine must be stable. Please use a voltage stabilizer if necessary.
11. When the equipment is used for a long time, dust in the air will be adsorbed on the lower surface of the focusing lens. In the mild case, it will reduce the power of the laser and affect the marking effect. In the worst case, it will cause the optical lens to absorb heat and overheat, causing it to burst. When the marking effect is not good, you should carefully check whether the surface of the focusing mirror is contaminated. If the surface of the focusing lens is contaminated, remove the focusing lens and clean its lower surface. Be especially careful when removing the focusing lens. Be careful not to damage or drop it. At the same time, do not touch the focusing lens surface with your hands or other objects. The cleaning method is to mix absolute ethanol (analytical grade) and ether (analytical grade) in a ratio of 3:1, use a long-fiber cotton swab or lens paper to penetrate the mixture, and gently scrub the lower surface of the focusing lens, wiping each side. , the cotton swab or lens tissue must be replaced once.
